1. Who we are
This website is operated by ADWAI, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation (OGRNIP 319665800098420), based in Yekaterinburg, Russia. In this policy "we" and "us" mean ADWAI. You can contact us at team@adwai.digital.
2. What information we collect
Information you send us. When you use an enquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, e-mail address, company, country, the service you are interested in and your message.
Technical information sent with the form. Together with the form we receive the page it was sent from, your browser language, your time zone, the referring page and campaign tags in the address (for example utm_source), your IP address and browser type. We use this to understand where enquiries come from and to filter out spam.
Server logs. Our web server records standard technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). Logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data and ask you not to include it in your message.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss a project with you (this is necessary to take steps at your request).
- To protect the site and our team from spam and abuse, and to keep the site secure (our legitimate interest).
- To understand which pages bring enquiries so that we can improve the site (our legitimate interest).
We do not sell your information and do not use it for automated decisions about you.
4. Who receives it
Enquiries are delivered to our team by e-mail and by a private messenger notification. We use hosting and e-mail providers to run the site and to send e-mail on our behalf. These providers process data only on our instructions. Our servers are located in the Russian Federation, so information you send is processed there.
5. International transfers
If you contact us from outside the Russian Federation, your information is transferred to and processed in the Russian Federation. By sending an enquiry you understand and accept this. If you do not want your information to be transferred, please do not use the form.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and to follow up on any resulting project, and normally delete them no later than 24 months after the last contact. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
7. Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or third-party tracking scripts. If this changes we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your information, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights write to team@adwai.digital. If you believe we have handled your information unlawfully you may also contact your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restrictions and spam protection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
