An outside audit of your marketing department
We dig into the facts: every traffic channel, your analytics, your team and processes. Then we show where money is lost, where growth zones are, and offer a new marketing strategy with a 90-day action plan. We have been building marketing and sales departments since 2014.

- Numbers, not opinions
- Building teams since 2014
Does this sound familiar?
- You suspect your marketing is not efficient and you are losing money, but you do not have time to dig in.
- Your marketers produce attractive charts and long reports, yet there is no clear result.
- It is hard to find strong digital marketers, and hard to tell whether the ones you have are doing well.
- Your people avoid their tasks or do them carelessly, and you are buried in managing routine.
What we study
The audit covers five areas.
Goals and tasks
Your short-term (up to 6 months) and long-term (1 year and beyond) goals, and which tasks are being done now to reach them.
Team structure
Who does what and who is responsible (or not responsible) for what in your marketing department.
KPI system
Which KPIs are set, how well they are met, and how meeting them affects people's pay.
Marketing channels
Your strategy for each online and offline channel and your sales funnel for every target segment.
Analytics
Your analytics setup (web analytics, end-to-end analytics, CRM) and, where needed, the unit economics: does each ad channel earn money or lose it.
What you get
Right structure
How to build or change your marketing department with minimum cost so that it generates revenue.
A working KPI system
How to set KPIs and build a motivation system so that you reach your goals faster.
Channels that pay back
Out of hundreds of tools, usually only 3-7 fit your business. We identify them and draft the strategy for each.
Fresh hypotheses to test
When it seems that everything has been tried, we propose new ideas from your own data, from a new channel to a change of business model.
Growth zones
Deep analytics by channel shows where to push to get more leads, customers and profit.

How long does an audit take?
It depends on the size of your marketing and how quickly we get access to data. We agree the timeline after the free consultation.
What do you need from us?
Access to your analytics and advertising accounts (read-only is enough), a short questionnaire, and a conversation with the person who manages marketing.
Will the audit tell us what to do, or only what is wrong?
Both. The result is a prioritised action plan for the next 90 days, with expected effect and effort for each item.
Can you also implement the recommendations?
Yes, if you want. Many clients take the plan and run it with their team; others ask us to implement parts of it.
