Launching two product lines on marketplaces
A seller needed to get onto Ozon and Wildberries and grow sales across two product lines: inflatable Lamzac sofas and snow tubes. In the first month we handled listings, keywords and content, and both lines started selling.
The task
The seller wanted to enter Ozon and Wildberries and increase sales across two product lines, but had no listings, keywords or promotion set up.
What we did
- Set up and prepared both product lines for sale on Ozon and Wildberries
- Wrote product descriptions and selected keywords for each listing
- Prepared content for the product cards
- Ran promotion for both lines during a preparatory first month
Results
| Lamzac sofas | Snow tubes | |
|---|---|---|
| Units sold | 80 | 84 |
| Revenue | $1,700 | $1,800 |
Figures cover the first month per product line, while listings and promotion were still being set up. Work continued after this reporting period.
Takeaways
- A structured first month on listings, keywords and content is enough to generate initial sales on Ozon and Wildberries
- Running two product lines in parallel lets you compare demand and focus promotion where it converts
- Marketplace launch is an ongoing process: the first month sets the base, then promotion scales it
