Wildberries: breaking through the $10,000-a-month ceiling
A producer of sports magnesium had reached $10,000 a month on Wildberries and stalled. After an audit, new cards and external traffic, monthly sales passed $16,000, in the low season.
The task
Break through the ceiling and raise turnover to about $16,700 a month as quickly as possible.
What we did
- Audited the store on 35+ parameters and found weak points: photo content, no infographics, no video, no SEO on the cards.
- The client also had an online store shipping nationwide, so we recommended using Wildberries as a destination for that outside traffic: the platform favours external traffic, which lifted the card in search, saved delivery costs and kept customers.
- Developed a design code, created quality infographics, added all necessary keywords and produced professional video. The rating rose to 10 out of 10.
Results
| Before | After | |
|---|---|---|
| Items sold | 1,078 (December) | 1,520 (February, +41%) |
| Sales | $10,800 (high season) | $16,900 (low season, +57%) |
The client now runs the store on their own and consults with us on platform changes.
Takeaways
- A plateau is usually a card and traffic problem you can fix.
- External traffic can help a Wildberries card rise in search.
- Results in the low season are the strongest proof of a better store.
