Why most sellers underuse AI
Almost every marketplace seller uses AI in two places: product card copy and replies to reviews. Many say openly that they cannot see what else could be handed to AI. Text and images are the most visible part. The bigger value sits deeper: AI can watch the store for you, every day, across every product, without fatigue and without missed reports.
What our AI agents do
- Stock by cluster. The agent calculates days of cover for each product and cluster and flags in advance where stock will run out. It also works out how much to reorder, taking into account what is already on its way to the warehouse.
- Advertising. It calculates ad cost share (ACOS) per campaign, finds budget eaters (spend with no orders) and shows where more investment makes sense.
- Product cards. It reviews the product description and suggests keywords that are missing for search.
- Promotions. It watches that products are not added to promotions automatically.
- Paid storage. It shows when a SKU's free storage period ends.
- Finding weak spots and planning tasks. Agents analyse ad campaigns, identify weak points and help plan the work.
We are currently building an agent for supply planning and an agent for ad campaigns. It will collect sales statistics and give recommendations based on six months, one year and two years of history, plus seasonality: before a product's season it pays to bring in more, even if current sales are modest. The standard Ozon Seller dashboard only looks at the last month, which says little.
How it works in practice
Every day, weekends included, the agent checks advertising across all stores and compares ad cost share against the thresholds you set. If a threshold is exceeded, it sends an alert showing exactly where the problem is. A message arrives: you need to step in and look. No message: you can get on with other work. The agent itself changes nothing in the campaigns. It only monitors and reports, and the decision stays with a human. That is the point: less time spent, more control.
What it delivers
Large companies and brands used to beat smaller sellers on marketplaces thanks to teams and resources to build their own tools. Now we can build such tools for our own business. We save several dozen hours a week. Our goal is to cut the time it takes to run a marketplace business by handing most repetitive tasks to AI agents.
Want an agent of your own
We build AI agents to order: from advertising and supply to task planning and ad campaign analysis. If you need help, describe your task on our AI implementation page or get in touch directly. We will work out where we can help.
